How do I upload my site using HTTP?

How do I upload my site using HTTP using Publisher 2007. I would like to put
some forms in my site and my service provider has done the necessary to show
the FP extensions page. Do I just publish to web and copy the files on my
server as normal or is there something extra that I have to do to make it
http?

Sorry - I eventually managed to figure this one out after much brainwork for
something that was actually simple.

Would you please take the time to share with us how you do HTTP uploading?
This process has been complicated since the introduction of IE7 and Vista,
and we have lacked a good set of instructions on how to do this. So it would
really be appreciated if you would tell us which browser you are using,
which version, which operating system and the specific steps you take to
upload your site using HTTP uploading protocol. Thanks.
