I am using a combination of frontpage and ASP to create web pages,
along with writing some pages using HTML using notepad.

How would i go about getting those pages up to my server IIS?

It depends on the server as every one can have it's own requirements. You
could publish from a FrontPage web to an FP-enabled web on the server. You
could also FTP if the server has the web and ftp sites pointing to the same
directories. FTP isn't recommended though if you'll be using the FrontPage
Server Extensions as it can corrupt the FP Server Extensions. The FP help
files should have some good instructions for your version of FP on
publishing your web.

Have you determined what your host's publishing requirements/instructions
are first though? A lot of them have specific instructions on this in their
knowledgebase or support desk.

Hope this helps,
