How do I upload webpages to my ftp and isp? I'm using office2003.

I've been trying to update our website using publisher. I save the file and
try to load it with cuteftp to the site. When I click on the page, I don't
get anything or I get unreadable stuff.

How can I upload a pub file so that it can be accessed by people on the
internet?
