How do I use a white font in logo in stationary

I tried to set up stationary for Outlook with a simple logo which is text,
white font and background colors. The rest of the stationary should have navy
font.

Here is the HTML of the actual stationary:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML xmlns:eek: =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice"><HEAD><TITLE>Harmony
Stationery</TITLE>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
<META content="MSHTML 6.00.2900.2180" name=GENERATOR></HEAD>
<BODY style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: #000080; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"
background="">
<DIV>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: right" align=right><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 13pt; BACKGROUND: navy; COLOR: white; FONT-FAMILY:
Arial"> HARMONY </SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 13pt; BACKGROUND: #ff6600; COLOR: white; FONT-FAMILY:
Arial"> INTERNET </SPAN>
<P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Dear ddd,</SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"></SPAN> </P></DIV></BODY></HTML>

But Outlook always displays the stationary with a black (or dark) font in
the logo. Outlook keeps sneaking in a <FONT color=#000080><FONT size=3> after
the first paragraph tag, bit I diligently spot it, remove it an yet there is
the black (or dark) text in the logo!

I tried various settings in Tools/Options/Mail Format/Fonts... and in
Tools/Options/Mail Format/Stationary Picker/Edit Stationary but none seem to
have the desired result.

Can anyone help please?
