How do I use an off-page reference to another drawing?

I would like to use the off-page reference symbol (or some other means) and
connect to a page on another drawing instead of a page on the same drawing.

Create a hyperlink to the other drawing/page.
Select the shape and
menu Insert -> Hyperlink
