how do i use diacritics in urdu?

Hello. Urdu is a right to left language used in Pakistan and India and it
uses the Arabic script. But does anyone know how I can use diacritics with
Urdu? Does MS Word 2003 have diacritics for Urdu? Everything has been setup
to allow me to use Urdu in Word. The keyboard layout has been changed to Urdu.

I would appreciate any help.

I don't know anything about Urdu, but Word can handle all of Unicode so if
there is a code point for the letter with a diacritic it should be possible
to use it. How you do it with your keyboard or IME is another matter
probably best addressed in another newsgroup.
