How do I use Flash in my HTML Website with Pictures?

I'm looking for a good Flash presentation. I creating a T-Shirt website
using Microsoft Publisher and I don't know how to use Flash, nor do I have a
program to create it.

I have PhotoShop and Microsoft PowerPoint. What else do I need to do? I
know once I create the Flash presentation that I can upload it into my
Publisher program by clicking on the HTML Code Fragment button and inserting
it in there.

Please help me!!!!!!
