How do I use justify across more than 1 cell in Excel 2007

In Excel 2003, you can use justify to make the text wrap at any point outside
the host cell. Now in Excel 2007, it seems just to default into a word wrap
mode for that cell only. It this anyway of using justify outside the host
cell?
