How do I use Office XP Professional Service Pack 3?

I use Office XP Professional and have received the Office XP Professional
Service Pack 3. I unzipped the fullfile. How do I proceed to patch Office?
Only the disk was included. No instructions. Usually there is a wizard
file, but not in this disk. Help.
