How do I use outlook with SBC Yahoo?

Cannot send or recieve email with SBC Yahoo dial up. I have gone through
several setup sessions and they have resolved that my Outlook progam is
corrupt.
I was sucssfull in transferring my contacs and Outlook opens when I click
Email in the SBC Yahoo home page.
