How do I use "pick from list" feature, while pressing right mouse.

While clicking right mouse button, there is a choice "Pick From List". In
some cells it works and shows the previous cells for selection but on some
cells it does not...none of the cell is empty. Are there any limitations on
the data that can be displayed.

I noted you indicated 'none of the cell is empty' I'm not sure if you
mean none of the cells above the cell you are right-clicking or not
but if there is an empty cell above the cell in which you are trying
to display the list then that could explain the problem.

If that is what you mean to say then please provide the version of
Excel you are using, the patches that are installed, and an example of
the data you are using for the list.
