How do I use "Send as" when sending a meeting request in outlook 2

Hi All

A group of recpetionists needs to send meeting requests from a resourse
mailbox using "Send as".

I can get a "From" fiels when sending a new e-mail. How do I get a "From"
field when making a meeting request?
