How do I use the addresses from an incoming email in a dist list?

B

Barney Bornn

I'm using Outlook 2007.

I need to create a distribution list from the list of addressees in an email
I received. (The list shows the names but not the email addresses).

Is there a way I can copy the list of addressees, and their underlying email
addresses, into a distribution list?

Thanks for your help!

There are a few steps to this:

If you can see their names in the To... or CC... field, open the email,
right click each name and select Add to Outlook Contacts.

Now they are in your Contacts as individual Contacts. You can add each of
them to a Dist List.
