HOW DO i USE THE DIGITAL BACKUP AND LISCENSE KEY I PURCHASED?

I purchased Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 with with Digital backup
and liscense key. My computer died. Now I want to download My software again.
But, I don't want to pay for it twice less than 6 months/
