How do I use the IT professional Resource kit, after I have downloaded it?

There are two items with similar names, and you might not have the one you
wanted. Do you have the "Microsoft Office Visio 2003 Resource Kit Tools"
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...-13C2-42BC-A561-C7DFD166642D&displaylang=en)?
Or do you have the "Microsoft Office Visio 2003 Resource Kit for IT
Professionals"? The former is a free download that provides tools to support
admin deployments (installation) of Visio 2003. It does not contain tools
for network diagramming. The latter was an orderable (for purchase),
CD-based product that contained network tools from Neon Software, Altima,
and Rackwise. It's no longer available.
