How do I use this Microsoft Program ? How do I access the tutorials? I am
always forgetting passwords and would rather have a fingerprint system or
something easier than this.

Microsoft is a company. There is no Microsoft Program.

What program are you having trouble with?

Have you tried google? Type in

Microsoft Word tutorial

(obviously, substitute the name of your program for Word)
