How do I use Visual Keyboard in Word 2003?

Microsoft Visual Keyboard is available for users of Office 2000 or Office XP,
but users of Office 2003 appear to have no such assistance. How than can one
learn the keyboard layout for an unfamiliar language?

After reading the replies regarding Visual Keyboard and Office 2003 I notice
that there is at least one difference that remains unaddressed. While osk is
very helpful, it does not highlight the keys on screen as they are pressed on
the keyboard. For laguage students who are learning how to word process in a
foreign language this was a helpful feature. Might a workaround exist?
