How do I view a PDF document, from the file system, in access form

Hi there I would like to open a PDF document in a Access form, not in a
seperate window like (Application.FollowHyperlink FileSystemNameOfaDocument).
Is this possible? If what is the best practice to do this? Thx for the
response in advanced, Gregor.
