How do I view an email message as a web page? (Outlook 2007)

I just received an email which looks like it mostly consists of HTML
statements. This is a sender I frequently receive email from and I have
never had this problem before. In the message, it says "If you are having
trouble viewing this email, view it as a Web page." Unfortunately, I don't
know how to do this. Any assistance will be appreciated.

This usually means that the sender of the message will have included in the
message a URL that you can copy from the message and paste into your web
browser.
