How do I view javascripts in Outlook email?

I switched from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. I receive a daily news
email from the Albuquerque Journal. They have a javascript that shows the
daily AP headlines. It used to work just fine in Outlook Express, but in
Outlook 2003 it doesn't show up. Any recommendations would be greatly
appreciated!!! Thanks.
