How do I view outlook 03 on my internal network?

We have 4 computers in my home office on an internal network. How can I view
and edit outlook 03 on the other 3 computers that are not the "server or
main" computer?

Can you be more precise? What do you mean by "view and edit Outlook"? (You
can't "edit Outlook, it's a program).

you need to install outlook on the other computers and set them up with the
same settings. Depending on what your email provider is and how that is set
up, you may have to leave messages on the server so the other computers can
access them.
