How do I view person names smart tags and messenger status in the.

How do I view person names smart tags and messenger status in the reading
pane of my Inbox in Outlook 2003?

It only seemes to work for some folders for example in my Archive Folders.
It is not quiet clear to me what the difference between some folders is so
that some show smarttags...others don't.

Would be great if someone could give some advice. Thanks!

they should work on all or none if you hover over the name in the to or
from field. But... if you have MSN IM 7 Beta you won't see the status or be
able to use the feature on the smart tag - it's not working. Windows
Messenger 4.7 works as long as you don't have the MSN IM 7 beta installed.

It is enabled in to tools, options, other?
