How do I work with specific contacts in categories

All of my contacts are in specific categories based upon their
association(s). I would like to be able to isolate and work with a category
to communicate with them such as moving a category of contacts to a
distribution list, or export a category of contacts and share with someone,
or print contact information of a category.

As long as you use categories, you don't need a DL. Just drag the category
to your in-box and a new message to all people in the DL will be created.

To share the category, you can drag the category to an open email message
body using the Right click option and select Copy. You can then send that
message to the person(s) with whom you want to share the category.

To print the category details, right click on the category and select Print.

All this should be done while displaying your contacts in a by category
view.
