How do I work with WordArt?

Once I get my WordArt in my document, I cannot move it or make it larger or
smaller. I need to move it where ever I want it to be. Stretch it if I want
to or make it smaller if I need to. Thank you.

In recent versions of Word, WordArt is inserted In Line With Text. You need
to change the wrapping to some other style before you can drag it, though
you should be able to resize it.

Specifically: Click on the WordArt image, then Format Picture > Layout >
choose something other than Inline with Text
