how do I wrap text?

I am trying to wrap my text in the resource column. I have about 10 names to
each items and it takes 2 pages just to list the names for a 3 day task.
Please Help.

Jeannie,
As I recall (I don't have Project open at the moment), the Resource
Names field uses comma delimiters between each Resource Name.
Unfortunately, Project will only wrap text based on the presence of
spaces in the text string.

However, in my opinion, ten (10) resources on a task seems a bit much,
in fact, excessive. It sounds like the task is to general. You would be
better off breaking the task into smaller functional or organizational
parts so that fewer resources work on each part. It will be much easier
to manage and track progress. Be careful however to provide a logical
linkage between each of the smaller task parts.

A list of names in the Resource Names column of the Gantt
Chart and other sheet-like views will not wrap unless
there is a space in an individual's name, such as between
a first name and last name. If your resources are
identified by only first names, then the list of names in
the Resource Names column will not wrap.

You could try putting a space before or after the resource's name in the
Resource Sheet view.
