How do I write a formula that is adjustable?

I have made a spreadsheet that has an average of yearly revenues for the past
4 years - I need to figure out how the average dollar for the customer will
change by increasing the number of customers on a yearly basis - meaning
prices go up every year so I do I make the average per customer adjust. If I
change the customer count I want the average per customer to increase and I
have no idea how to write a formula that will allow that change when the base
revenues are based on averages. If anyone has any ideas I would really
