How do I write a Service Level Agreement?

I have to write a Service Level Agreement for a school assignment.
Hyperthetically I work for a company who will supply a government
organistaion with 100 PC's.
Does anyone know any infromation that could help with writing this? or even
better a free template download?

Part of the school assignment is seeing what you can do for yourself, rather
than asking others for a template.

Try inputting "Writing a Service Level Agreement" in google search and see
what you come up with.

I am sure your school did not send you into this assignment blind. Consult
your notes on what is typically included, standard terms of the agreement
and any gotchas.
