how do I write up a day care provider contract

I need to know how to draw up a day care provider contract with terms and
conditions. I have a parent that goes away on travel and takes her child with
her and she refuses to pay even if he is not in my care. I am doing private
day care.

I need to draw up a contract for this.

I'd suggest contacting an attorney. You can put anything in a contract but
if it doesn't comply with the law, your contract isn't worth a darn.

A. Sounds reasonable....who would want to pay for something that isn't done?

Some daycare places charge you by the week regardless if your child shows up
or not. I don't have children so I'm not going to comment on that practice.
