How can I make this happen. I have numerous column's with a
date as it's header, this column has variuos blank cells
and various cells that have info (usaully a 2 or 3 digit
alpha numeric code) relating to the heading for the
various rows. (the inputted code info relates how this row
relates to the other rows) For each column there is a set
parameter of time available in 1 hour blocks but available
every 1/2 hour(more than 1 location available) the 1st
pairing in each column would get the 1st available hour
with each additional pairing within a column getting the
next available time slot(hour). I know this time info in my
head but would like to get it to assign it automatically as
I input the code in each column and be available as a Print
sheet for each Row showing all it's assigned timeslot for
each date that it has an entry. This is a master schedule
for a hockey league and I use a large spreadsheet to slot
each teams ice time and then manually transfer all the info
over to scheduler/outlook to generate each teams schedule
what I wouldlike to do is have my spreadsheet automatically
input into scheduler/outlook or generate a separate report
showing each teams ice allocation. If you wouldlike to see
a copy of my spreadsheet to further assist email me direct
and I'll send you a copy. I know I have already to one.
