How do multiple accounts share the same e-mail address?

M

Mark W.

I have three accounts on my Windows XP program: Myself and my wife, and one
for each of my two sons. We all share the same e-mail address, and would like
for the e-mails to be shown freely on the Outlook program on each of the
accounts. If it makes any difference, we're running off the lastest version
of Outlook. Thanks!

Place the pst-file on a location you all can access like D:\Outlook

Connect to the pst-file by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
Use Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> Next-> dropdownlist at the bottom to set it as
the default delivery location.

Note that now you can have only one instance of Outlook running so Outlook
must be closed when someone else needs access to it.
