how do play a video file on button click?

Hi everyone,

Happy New Year.

I'd like for a person filling out my form to be taken straight to a
video on clicking the final button of the form. The video would reside
on the same computer. I have windows media player resident to play the
video.

I've played around with a small snippet of code I found in archives for
playing an audio file, but no cigar; I get a code error message.

Any help would be appreciated.
