How do print a full page in Publisher? top margin is blank

I created a document in publisher and when I print it, the top margin is
blank and the bottom of the document is cut off. How do I move what I need
printed up to the top of the page?

What is being cut off? How far down into your document. Most printers DO
NOT print to the edge of the paper -- even if your document is designed to
do so.

Although sounds like there may be some other alignment issues going on.
Another idea might be to check to be sure you have current printer drivers.

You might want to post back with greater detail describing your problem...
and also tell what version of Publisher you are using.
