You can't protect a single folder. For PSTs (Personal Folder file) you can
password protect the entire file. For an Exchange Server mailbox I think
you'd have to set permissions on the folder but I'm not sure...
Why not just add a pasword to your Windows account and then lock the screen
when you leave your desk?
