How do remove Outlook and get it to reload fresh and cleanly?

Define 'cleanly' - if you mean without an account configured, delete the
profile. No need to uninstall and reinstall.

I am sorry I am new to this site. I should have added that I messed up on the
opening of Outlook when it wanted to know what email system my email account
is at. I told it to use an "exchange server" instead of "http" system now
when it trys to start it can not find an exchange server and locks up. It
will not open far enough to allow me to change the email account settings to
correct the problem. And the normal deleting of Office 2003 software does not
remove what ever the true problem is. I have tried to do several deletions
and reinstalls with even restarting and totaly shuting down the computer
between each and I can not get in to the settings I need to switch Outlook to
"http" settings instead of "exchange server" settings. I am very greatful
for your suggestion on this matter.
