How Do Resize a Picture in Visio with out skewing the image?

I swear Visio was working fine a week ago. I did the latest update, now all
of the images that I have copied from other applicaitons and dumped into
Visio are all skewed if the image is not at 100% of it's original size.
I copied and pasted a bitmap image that was considerably larger than my
Visio page. I resized the image to fit into the page but the image and the
text within the image is completely skewed and illegiable. Please help me
to decrease the size of my image in Visio with out making it impossible to
read.

I'm working with Visio Professional 2003 SP1

I'm replying to my own message since I found the problem and others might run
into the same issue.
I'm not sure how the setting was changed but if images are too low of a
resolution and you are unable to change thier size w/o distorting the image
the following may fix the issue:
Under Tools/Options go to the View Tab
Change the settings under Text Quality to "Higher Quality Text Display
(Anti-ailased)"
Change the settings under Display Options to "Higher Quality Shape Display"

That should do it.
