you can set your account to accept ALL meeting requests:

Automatically accept meeting requests and process
cancellations
.. On the Tools menu, click Options.
.. On the Preferences tab, click Calendar Options.
.. Click Resource Scheduling.
.. Select the Automatically accept meeting requests and
process cancellations check box.
Note This Group Scheduling option is only for meeting
requests sent to you. If you have been given delegate
access permissions and receive the meeting responses of
another person, this option does not take effect.
