How do synch between Palm Tungsten E & Outlook 2003

I have an older Palm Tungsten E and have upgraded to Outlook 2003. Sync
worked fine before the upgrade, but I have lost the PC files and have
downloaded the Palm One software again. Initial sync worked fine with Palm
desktop but I cannot sync since the initial setup, not can I get my Palm to
sync with Outlook. Also tried importing the data into Outlook from the Palm
program but cannot do.
