how do to add fields to a order management access database

how do I add fields to the order management access database. This would
include the buttons also. I like the order management data base found in the
templates, but i want to add a few fields ; catalog number, item number,
campaign number, and how man returned (inventory on hand).

Open the template in database view.

Open the table in design view.

Add the fields.

Open the forms, reports in design view.

If necessary, add the fields to the underlying queries first, then to the
forms/reports.

Did you have any particular place in mind to add those? (hint: Access is a
relational database. where you add them is important)
