In word how do i change text encoding from the Windows(default) to
US-ASCII

A text file?
File > Save As..., Format = Plain Text (*.txt), and in the dialog that pops
up: Other encoding > US-ASCII.

A HTML file?
File > Save As..., Tools > Web options..., Encoding tab.


If it doesn't work, post back with the version you are using.
