How do users add certificate to their computer?

Hi,



I understand Infopath can use a digital certificate installed on my computer
to sign and encrypt data.



How can I install a certificate on my computer so I can sign InforPath data
by using that certificate?

You'll need to implement PKI. You can do this via the Certificate
Authority Svc in Windows (server), but its not trivial and if you're
not an admin, forget it.
