How do we disable or uninstall Windows Desktop Serach

Having installed Office 2007 we mistakenly agreed to install Windows Desktop
Search. This requires nearly 50Mb of memory constantly and we do not require
this functionality. How do we uninstall it - we can find nothing in Control
Panel add or remove programs?
