How do we ntegrate with email forwarding and email lists?

We have a J2EE application that must update email forwarding addresses,
insert and remove aliases in Exchange Server. In addition we must create and
manage email lists in the Exchange Server. Where do we start?

You'd probably start with ADSI (see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/adsi.htm) and with the microsoft.public.exchange.development newsgroup. This doesn't sound like an application in which Outlook would be involved at all.
