How do you access a Microsoft Exchange Server account?

HELP!!!!
I updated my computer, along with reformatting and I'm trying to bring my
old Outlook files with contacts back to my newly installed Office 2003
(Outlook). I went out to Microsoft. Micrsoft's instrucion said that I have
to change the location where my offline files are saved. I'm trying to
follow the instructions, but I'm stuck,. I need an Microsoft Exchange
address to add to email account file.

Any suggestions...

You should post to an Outlook support newsgroup, like
microsoft.public.outlook.general. This newsgroup supports the OneNote
program only.
