How do you access the "ink aware toolbar"?

In Microsoft Office 2003 there is an "ink aware" toolbar that you can use to
turn a handwritten word into an object or text. Is there such a toolbar in
Word 2007? If so, what is it called & how do I access it? Thank you in
advance for any advice that you can provide!

Hi K.,

In Office 2003 you could enable inking in Word with most Windows versions. In Office 2007 it's basically only available with a
Tablet PC version of Windows, although that doesn't appear to be mentioned here:

option is not available if my graphics tablet is disconnected.
