How do you add an Avery Label that is not listed in Publisher?

The Publisher listing of labels does not include the size I want. (#8168).
How can I add this?

So you have chosen page setup | publication type | label -and your label in
not there right?

So all you have to do is choose one that is nearest and adjust the size.

Are you sure about that number? I just checked Avery and there are no hits
on 8168.
