How do you add calendar appoinment category colors?

I had color for office 2000 Calendar Categories. We installed new computer
and no there is no color on the view "31 day" calendar appointments. Have
tried everything and can't find how to add color to the appointment
categories.

If Outlook 2000, calendar colors for appointments is only supported in table
view, not day/week/month view.
