How do you add line numbers to an InfoPath print view?

Attempting to tag a variety of document with XML by using InfoPath. The
Rich Text Format boxes allow much of the formatting, but page and line
objects aren't easily addressed. How sould one add line numbers? How do you
get a footnote assoicated with the page on which its referring reference
appears?
