How do you change a project to track in "percent complete"?

We have a published project that needs to use percent complete because all
of the tasks are short and either done or not done. I cannot figure out for
the life of me how to do it. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Ray --

If your Project Server administrator has not locked down the default method
of tracking for your organization, you can change the method of tracking for
the project by doing the following:

1. Open the project
2. Click Tools - Customize - Published Fields
3. Select the new method of tracking at the top of the dialog
4. Click OK
5. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments
6. Click OK
