How do you change font and size in Personal Folders-Outlook Today

When viewing the Personal Folders - Outlook Today pane, how do you change the
font and size? My font changed to a smaller size and I do not know how to
change it back. This is version 2003.

Brian,
I do not have the background to attempt your recommendation. I read the
paragraph about changing font styles, etc and this alone caused me some
concern in attempting to perform this change. I feel this change was due to a
recent Outlook update. Do you think this will be corrected at some time soon.
Should I notify Microsoft Outlook of this problem and how? I really
appreciate your input.
Thanks,
Ed

I don't recall any recent changes that modified the sizes of fonts on the
Outlook Today page. It's conceivable that the style might have changed, say
from "Winter" to "Summer". Did you check that?

Brian,

Yes, I had checked this and the size is the same. the size is comparable to
samll. I use summer and never change this style.

If you should have any other way for me to change the size of the font, I
would really appreciate it.

There is no way to change the font settings in Outlook Today without creating
your own.

Brian,

One more thought, when I turn on my computer and I go to the Outlook Icon
and open Outlook, Outlook opens right away. Once in Outlook, reading mail,
sending messages, etc. and then closing Outlook for a while, while I am doing
some other work and then I need to get back into Outlook; What happens is
when I press the Outlook Icon, Outlook will not open right away. It could be
a few minutes before the Today pane opens up and appears on the screen. the
circle next to the mouse when I click on the icon appears but then
disappears. Could the problem be that something else is causing this problem.
This problem corrects itself if I restart the computer and then open Outlook
- it responds right away and opens up.
Thanks, Ed

Not enough information to pinpoint a cause, although it might be because
Outlook isn't closing properly, but why close it? Just leave it running as
long as your PC is on.
