When you are looking at the subjects of your recieved emails, how can you
adjust the fonts there?

Right-click the header line and choose "Customize Current View". Click
Other Settings. Modify the Row Font to what suits you.

How do I propagate those settings to each of the five .pst files containing
105 email folders?

Each PST will have to be done separately.

Thanks, Brian. How would one propagate a single folder setting to the other
35 folders within a .PST? I tried setting the fonts in the "Other Settings"
and in the "Automatic Formatting" of the PST itself, within a folder that
contained 10 subfolders, and shutdown and restarted Outlook 2003, and
rebooted XP. Still to no avail. What's the secret? :)

Brian:

Thanks. What I seemed to end up doing is creating a new "custom" view with
a custom name. From that point on, I had to manually apply that view to each
folder I wanted it applied to, within a .PST file. This did save me time.

Thanks again,

Bill
